Staff were friendly and helpful. beds very comfortable. Room was clean. breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. It's low cost so you cant expect perfection, but you get good value for money. If you're looking for a good night's sleep and nice breakfast, within walking distance of some of Istanbul's top attractions, it's a great place to stay. A special mention goes to whoever cleaned my room after the first night also. Had a long trip and had left some clothes and items strewn around as I wasn't expecting anyone to clean (was only there 2 nights). Someone came in, cleaned, kindly folded my clothes and set any items I'd left around neatly together. Was a lovely touch and shows the pride the staff here take in providing a good service

everything was perfect! the hotel is located near the tram station Laleli and 10 minute far away of Grand Bazaar, which is amazing. also, for the customers who want to buy en gros it is a location very good, in the middle of the Laleli (one of the most commercial zone in Istanbul) the personal was so kind with us, starting with the receptionist, the barman, and the personal form the restaurant. the hotel cleaning was fantastic, and we felt so confortable there. the room was very spacios. the breakfast was for all of types of people, you had to choose everything you wanted to. also, the price was very good, and for sure we will come back again.

Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul, room was cozy and clean, providing just enough space for two people, although a bit nosy as it gets into the street, not too disturbing though. Breakfast was copious, keeping you up for most of the day. Located in the middle of the shopping area for textiles, great location for those doing business in this regard. Not far from the main touristy places, walkable distance to them.

Location is excellent! You can even walk to the main attractions or take a nearby train. Hotel stuff was very helpful and kind and walked an extra mile to make us feel comfortable, especially Halid in a dining area. He made feel us at home, genuinely kind and welcoming. Bellboy Onur was also extremely nice as were receptionists. Rooms and dining area are all clean. I would come back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and nice bathroom. The breakfast was also variable fresh fruit, cheese, boiled eggs, sausages, soups, marmalades, salads, various yogurts. The only thing that I didn't like was that the scrambled eggs were powder and not fresh. The staff were all wonderful helpful and polite. I ld certainly stay again.
